CivAI is looking for talented people to join our team and we're offering $3,000 for referrals we end up hiring. If you know someone who'd be a great fit, please let us know!
How it works
- Submit the referral form with the candidate's info and why you think they'd be a good fit.
- We review and reach out to the candidate.
- If we hire them, you receive $3,000 when they start.
Details
- This program applies to full-time roles only.
- Please only refer people you personally think would be a strong fit for the role.
- Only the first person to refer a candidate gets credit. Candidates already in our pipeline or who have already applied are not eligible.
- We consider up to 10 referrals per person.
- Referrals remain valid for 6 months if we don't act on them right away.
- CivAI retains final discretion on eligibility and payment.
