We use various AI services to process your voice and conversation text to provide the interactive experience. We do not store audio recordings. Conversation text is processed to generate responses and operate the demo; CivAI does not retain conversation transcripts after the session.

We collect analytics to operate, secure, and improve the service.

If you choose to give us your email (e.g., to hear about future projects), we use it only for that purpose.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to provide the demo, maintain reliability and security, and improve user experience and overall performance.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us run the demo (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, and AI service providers). These providers process information on our behalf and under agreements that limit their use of the information. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect users, the public, or CivAI. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

Audio is processed in real time and not stored by CivAI. Conversation text is processed to deliver the experience and is not retained by CivAI after the session. Limited analytics and administrative records may be kept as needed to operate and improve the service and to meet legal obligations.

Children’s Privacy (U.S.)

This demo is intended for users 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a user under 13 has used the service, we will delete related information.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to help protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
